Great hotel and amazing rooms. We had the cheapest room but still spacious and had everything we needed. Kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, draws, wardrobe, safe, fridge with milk and water in and in bathroom shampoo, condition, shower gel, body cream, shower cap and toothbrush and toothpaste sachet. Air-conditioning and heated floor in the bathroom. Great powerful shower and comfy bed with different pillows. Friendly staff, happy to help, and always had a smile. Bar inside and outside really lovely and lots of choices of drinks. If you're a whisky lover, you will be in your element. We didn't have food in the hotel but it all looked really nice, especially the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great stay in a nice area and a really good price. Would stay again 100%

I loved every minute of my stay here. A historic building which used to be the famous St Paul’s School makes for a magical stay. Friends and I loved the glamorous whiskey bar and had a delicious breakfast here. Every detail for a comfortable stay was thought of from the toiletries, a toothbrush, through to the complimentary bottled water, a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. Excellent comfy beds, black out curtains. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My friends and I will be back, after all we a have discovered a hotel that’s too good to miss!😀

Nice spacious bedroom. Clean and tidy. Liked the bathroom but it was a disabled room on the first floor. Couldn’t be used for disabled as the lift was out of action. Had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice but they couldn’t cope with my wife’s dairy allergy. Had to have meals with missing items. Their idea of coping with allergies was by omission rather than substitution. Spent more on the meal for two than on the cost of the room including breakfast!

We were upgraded to a suite as they didn't have a twin room and it was great. Lovely facilities and a very interesting history of the Hotel, which they don't make the most of. The suite was spacious, quiet and very well equipped, couldn't have asked for more. Its a lovely old building, not a chain hotel, and the terrace bar and restaurant looked lovely, but we didn't get a chance to sample it. The staff were all really helpful and friendly too.

Gorgeous building. Really different from the norm premier inns and that ilk. Staff pleasant at check in. Nice little toiletries in the room. Husband said bed was the best (teeny bit hard for me). Overall clean. Loved the history of the place. Bargain price for London. Bus stop opposite no. 9 straight to South Kensington. Not really much about the actual hotel, shops are at least 10 mins walk away. Barons court tube also about 10 minutes walk.
